Monochrome Madness – Ghostly

I took this photo over the weekend, experimenting as I was, with my new ND 10 filter, and long exposures.

I set the ISO to 64, so that there is practically no noise. The aperture was f 16, and I ended with a 30 second exposure.

The image was dark, so I lightened it, then further listened the shadow areas, and darkened the sky slightly, to give it some tone…

Can you see the ghostly images of the people in the centre, and in the left section of the photograph?

  1. Lots of atmosphere in this photo. The people are less prominent in the photo but it feels like it is caught somewhere in time.
