I just cleaned this up a tad.

Chicago is a nice city indeed.

Its a wonderful photo. I like it in black and white
it is what it says – a city – slightly grim. Gritty
Grim and gritty, eh? In the East, we would say – aspirational… We need to go vertical. There are too many of us
its too jam packed. No room for sunshine or fresh air. Chicago has always had an edge about it
You West Coast pictures were fun though. A completely different culture
The West Coast being San Fran? Yes.. It is very different there
We both had city boat shots!
We did!
Clean and sleek but it makes me realize how bleak some of our sky scrapers in the west look.
Leslie
You think so? Well, this is the way that the East is headed. Sad, do you think?
I’m thinking of the sky line of Shanghai. That is spectacular.
Leslie
Yes.. Thst one is quite spectacular. I agree
The different shapes and the lighting all make it quite a sight.
Leslie
Oh.. I agree
I was just in Chicago over the weekend. It is a great city. The architecture is superb. I especially like the turn-of-the-century work by Daniel Burnham, Louis Sullivan, etc.
Yes. I agree there
Grainy and gorgeous ..
I like grain!
Nice shot. Glad you like the city.
I do!
