I have been off WordPress for a long time, but Robyn’s challenge brought me back in..
This is not the original version that I was trying for the review. I have a trial version of Aurora HDR, which I was experimenting with. However, it does not let me save the file that I have worked on. I am not sure that I want to buy yet another HDR programme!
So, I gave it a surreal treatment in Nik’s HDR, then I applied a gradient filter in Photoshop. I brushed the bottles back into the picture, and then really pushed the colours in the blue, red and magenta channels to go really deep into the psychedelia zone..
The previous four edits are shown below.
And, that should be it for now, to round up the “Urban Madness” series!
Psychedelic man 😜 This is a fantastic review of your image Raj!! I’m so glad you came back to join us… I’m particularly interested with this one as it shows how much the background affects the foreground (bottles) here and how important it is. Nice work and experimenting 😃
Hi Robyn… Thanks! I still have to pop by your site.
Actually, I now do have another edit idea for this, but that is a ‘composite’…
Ooh sounds interesting 😃
I hope it is done well!
😀
